Katie Kehoe: Provisions for Buoyancy
Steel House Projects is pleased to present Katie Kehoe’s Provisions for Buoyancy, a four day program of events: Performance Action Series, Workshop and Lectures, June 7-10. This work explores the projected impacts of climate change and the adaptive reuse of materials in her current project, Provisions for Buoyancy.

Evening solo performance action in Rockland. Itinerant walk along sites along the waterfront.

Performance as Social Practice workshop co-presented at The Apprenticeshop.

Afternoon Group Performance Action with Alexis Iammarino. The public and workshop participants are invited to gather in court yard at the CMCA to join in the performance action.
Take part in exercises that explore and experiment with various materials and creative prompts that can be seen to function as the material of socially engaged art projects, for example: interactivity as function, frame as function, audience as function, prop as function, duration as function, timing as function, site as function, documentation as function and safety as function.
Participants are encouraged to dress comfortably!
